Kim Kargbo is a lifelong advocate for ministry leaders, passionate about equipping those who serve on the frontlines of God's mission. With deep roots in organizational leadership, spiritual formation, global ministry, and biblical justice, she understands both the personal and organizational sides of what it takes to stay faithful over the long haul. Through Firm Formation, Kim works directly with leaders through spiritual direction services and retreats, and with ministry organizations to help formation become part of how they actually operate - not as an add-on program, but as an intentional way of doing all that they do.
